Stress Less Massage Membership Agreement

1. Payment Terms

  • Monthly Payment: Your card will be charged $99.00 each month. This covers one session, with a 20% discount off the regular rate of $124.

  • First Month Payment: The first month's payment is due upon signup and is non-refundable and non-transferable. All subsequent payments are also non-refundable.

  • Additional Sessions or Add-Ons: Any extra sessions or time add-ons will be charged at the discounted rate at the time of service. For example, if your first session of the month is 90 minutes, you will be charged $55 for the additional 30 minutes.

2. Contract Duration & Renewal

  • Your membership contract is for 6 consecutive months starting on the 1st day of the month after signup and will expire on the last day of the 6th month. You will be notified via email near the contract's end with the option to renew for another term.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Outside 12 Hours: Ideal cancellation time, no penalty.

  • Within 12 Hours (Late Cancel or No Show): For your first session of the month, you will forfeit that month’s payment. For subsequent sessions, a 100% charge will apply.

  • Unable to Receive Massage: If you arrive for your session and are deemed unable to receive a massage for obvious reasons (e.g., due to illness, large bruising, or a communicable skin condition), you may be required to pay for your session in full.

4. Session Usage & Expiration

  • If you do not use your session for a particular month, that month’s fee of $99 will be forfeited – don’t forget to get your massage!

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. No one else may use your membership benefits or come in your place if you cannot attend. Membership rates are a reward for you taking care of yourself.

5. Extenuating Circumstances

  • If extenuating circumstances arise and you cannot make your scheduled appointment, you must contact us before your session to discuss. Even in emergencies, we ask that you notify us in advance, as contacting us after your scheduled time is not ideal. We are understanding of life's unpredictability, but timely communication helps us manage your appointment and our schedule more effectively.

6. Add-Ons

  • Add-ons, like the session time extensions, are available and will be charged at the time of service.

7. Early Termination

  • Canceling the membership : If you need to cancel your membership early, all cancellation requests must be submitted via email to ensure proper receipt and accurate record-keeping. This email process is not meant to complicate cancellation but to benefit you by ensuring clear documentation of your request. The responsibility lies with the partner to confirm receipt of the cancellation request – if we do not respond, we did not get the message. Please note that there is a $50 fee per remaining month on the membership if canceled before the end of the 6-month term.

8. No Pausing membership 

  • The membership is designed to reward clients for committing to regular self-care by offering discounts and special perks. Pausing the membership defeats the purpose of maintaining consistent therapy, which is essential for long-term stress relief and overall wellness. Therefore, membership cannot be paused and are for 6 consecutive months. This structure ensures that you prioritize your well-being and benefit fully from the therapeutic support we provide.

9. Legal Compliance

  • This membership complies with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy stated on the Stress Less website.
