Stress Less Massage Membership Agreement
Membership at a Glance
Monthly Fee: $99, automatically billed each month.
Included Massage: One 60-minute therapeutic massage per month.
Additional Massages: Additional sessions available at membership rates.
Unused Sessions: Roll over and expire 12 months after being issued.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime, effective immediately upon request.
After Cancellation: Unused sessions remain available until their original expiration dates.
No Fees or Commitments: No enrollment fee, minimum membership term, or cancellation fee.
Individual Membership: Memberships and session credits cannot be shared or transferred.
1. Membership and Billing
Membership costs $99 per month and includes one 60-minute therapeutic massage session per billing cycle.
The membership fee is automatically charged to the payment method on file each month, beginning on the enrollment date. Membership continues on a monthly basis until canceled.
By signing this agreement, you authorize Stress Less Massage to process these recurring monthly payments.
2. Membership Rates and Additional Services
Active members may purchase additional massage sessions at the current membership rates.
Your monthly membership credit covers one 60-minute therapeutic massage. If you choose a longer session, the credit may be applied toward the first 60 minutes, with any additional charges due at the time of service.
Membership rates are available only while your membership is active and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
3. Unused Sessions and Rollover
Unused monthly massage credits automatically roll over for future use.
Each credit expires 12 months after the date it was issued. Credits retain their original expiration dates regardless of whether the membership remains active or is canceled.
Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, shared, or transferred to another person.
4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
All appointments are subject to therapist availability.
Members must follow Stress Less Massage's standard appointment cancellation and no-show policies, including any applicable fees.
Membership does not guarantee availability with a particular therapist or at a specific appointment time.
5. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, without advance notice or a cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests may be made in person, by phone, by text message, or by email. Cancellation becomes effective upon receipt of your request by Stress Less Massage, and no further recurring membership charges will be scheduled.
Any unused, paid membership credits remain available until their original expiration dates. Cancellation does not extend or reset those dates.
After cancellation, membership rates and the issuance of new monthly credits will end.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If a monthly payment is declined, membership benefits will be suspended until the outstanding payment is resolved.
No new massage credits will be issued for unpaid billing periods.
7. Changes to Membership Terms
Stress Less Massage may modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms with at least 30 days' advance written notice.
Members may cancel before any changes take effect without penalty.
